Bo Luk

An all-around professional in Hong Kong’s entertainment business, concert producer, artist manager,singer. Bo has been in the field for over 30 years, he was a protégé of renowned music composer MichaelLai and has been working with well-known names like Roman Tam, Lydia Shum, Anita Mui, Leslie Cheung,Jacky Cheung, Frances Yip, Elisa Chan and Johnny Ip etc.


In 2014, Bo Luk’s debut album was released and gained great applauses from the audience and became afavorite newcomer in the Hi-Fi music field. His album, Listen… Bo has hit a breakthrough in the market andwon him 2014 IFPI (HK) Best Selling Local New Male Vocalist award. His 2 nd album Listen…Bo 2 wasreleased in 2015 and once again gained very good review. In the same year Bo was invited by Frances Yip asperforming guest at her concerts held in Genting, Malaysia, Sydney, Australia and Vancouver, Canada, whileBo also guest starred in Johnny Ip’s Hong Kong concert held twice and in Singapore.


In March 2016, Bo held 5 sold out solo concerts onboard of Star Cruise and in May, he joined ‘Frances Yipand the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra’ sold out concert series at Hong Kong Cultural Centre as herspecial guest, and the live audience welcomed Bo with non-stop great applause. In August, by populardemand, Listen... Bo 1 album was re-released in Ultimate High Quality CD format and became the standardfor Hi-Fi systems checking with honour. And Bo had record breaking appearances at Hi-Fi shows in 2016 byattending all Hi-Fi shows in Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei and Bangkok, and also received the golden hit awardat the VIP Music Awards hosted by Macau, Hong Kong and Guangzhou.


In 2017, Bo’s 3 rd album Listen III was released in March and was voted 10 best album in Hi-Fi field, CD Bible of China. He also held his first solo concert at the MacPherson Stadium that all his fans and audience long-awaited and the response was tremendous.


In 2018, Bo was one of the singers paid tribute to Composer Michael Lai at his golden hits concerts held atthe Hong Kong Coliseum. In the same year, Bo also sang at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in GuangzhouChina in an all-star cast concert salute to classic Canto-pops. After performing as guest for Johnny Ip’sthree concerts at Macau, Bo then paired up with Kitman Mak to hold 2 charity concerts in Toronto andVancouver, Canada, raising fund for the aids children in mountain villages in China.


Bo then toured several times for concerts at the seas in Singapore from 2019 to early 2020. In 2021, Bohosted a 20-episode programme, Music Treasure, on YouTube, presenting the Hong Kong Canto-pop musicscene from 1950s to 2010s and gained a lot of audience support online. He also performed as guest singerfor Johnny Ip’s 4 concerts in Hong Kong from September to October.
